It has been proven that hitting a 15
against a dealer’s 10-card results in more losses
than wins for the player. Therefore, if the surrender
option is available, the player should take it. If surrendering
is not an option, the player should hit. Although they
are likely to go bust, they are even more likely to
lose by standing with a weak 15.
