Over and Under
The “over and under 13” proposition
is a blackjack side bet variation offered by amongst
others, The Flamingo Casino in Nevada, and the Atlantis
Casino on Paradise Island.
The player wins if he correctly predicts whether the
total of their first two cards will be higher or lower
than 13. If a player receives a thirteen, they lose,
as a 13 is neither lower nor higher. If successful,
a player will receive double their money back.
