Pair of Aces

As 11 is the best starting total a player can have, all Aces should be split. After a player splits, all resultant Blackjacks count only as 21s because their original cards were Aces, as opposed to an Ace and a 10 value card. Where permitted by the casino, players should also split aces a third time.
